If you have a Tread+Miller account, sign in, select My orders. Then locate and select the order you wish to return. Once your order has been selected, below this option is a tab create new return request.
Fill in the information that is requested in the fields. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation notification. You will be contacted by our online team for further details and to arrange the collection.
If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.treadandmillert.co.za because you are not content with what you've purchased, you can do so in one of two ways:
1. Return the selected item to your nearest physical Tread+Miller, together with your invoice, and your return will be dealt with in accordance with the principles established in Tread and Miller's.
2. Send the selected item back to our online shop, together with your invoice, and your credit card will be refunded with the appropriate amount. Please note that in this eventuality, the cost of couriering the product back to our online shop is covered by the purchaser. The address details are as follows:
